Quejas a Bordo de Buques

Convenio sobre el Trabajo Marítimo 2006 (MLC 2006)

El presente formulario es de uso exclusivo para la gente de mar cuyas condiciones de trabajo están afectas por el Convenio sobre Trabajo Marítimo 2006 (MLC OIT 2006) y que navegan en buques que se dedican al comercio y realizan viajes internacionales.

En este formulario, usted podrá interponer quejas relacionadas con materias laborales, de su seguridad y salud personal, así como de la seguridad de navegación de la nave en la cual usted presta sus servicios.

El ingreso de los datos puede realizarse en idioma español o inglés.

Con el fin de atender adecuada y oportunamente su queja, ésta deberá ser ingresada con un mínimo de 24 horas antes de la recalada en puerto chileno. Si su buque no es de bandera chilena y no puede formular su queja con la anticipación necesaria, se le sugiere que indique en el formulario el puerto de recalada siguiente, en la medida que éste sea chileno. De tratarse de un puerto de recalada situado en otro país, deberá hacer la denuncia a la autoridad laboral que corresponda a esa jurisdicción.

Maritime Labor Convention 2006 (MLC 2006)

This form is exclusively for seafarers whose working conditions are bound to the provisions set forth in the Maritime Labor Convention 2006 (MLC ILO 2006) and that travel in merchant vessels that sail on international waters.

In this form you shall be able to file complaints regarding labor matters, your personal health and safety conditions and the safety conditions of the vessel you are travelling in.

The form can be filled in Spanish or English.

In order to properly and timely address your complaint, it must be entered with a minimum of 24 hours before docking at a Chilean port. If the flag state of your vessel is not Chilean and you cannot make your complaint within the required period time, please indicate your next Chilean docking port. If your next docking port is not Chilean, please make your complaint to the labor authority of such jurisdiction.
